Cloudflare Token Publisher Event Listener

An Event Listener Plugin which listens to events on issued access tokens. Each time an access token is issued in the Curity Identity Server this plugin sends parts of the token to the Cloudflare's Key-Value store, so they can be cached and used in a split token approach.
