We offer an option for instant message support via Slack in most of our plans. This is a great option when you prefer support via direct communication with the technical team.

About Instant Message support

You can ask technical questions, get assistance in troubleshooting, and tips on how to approach specific use cases, etc. Note: For incidents and feature requests you need to use the ticket-based support system.

How does it work?

If you are a Slack user already, we create a shared channel (Slack Connect); with this, you can manage users in your own Slack workspace and do not need yet another Slack account. If your company is not using Slack, however, guest users are invited into Curity's workspace.
