Curity Welcomes Gustaf Sahlman as CEO

Curity is pleased to announce the appointment of Gustaf Sahlman as CEO. “Sahlman brings decades of experience leading the growth of knowledge-intensive, B2B software companies as Curity continues to accelerate global expansion in various industries,” Merete Søby, Chairperson of the Curity board says.

Prior to joining Curity, Sahlman was CEO of Promon, a leader in mobile app security and a GRO Capital portfolio company alongside Curity. He has also held executive roles at other international technology companies including Polopoly, a web content management company that he founded, and Expertmaker, an artificial intelligence company.

“Curity is making impressive advancements in the access security space,” Sahlman says. “It is an honor to join this forward-focused company at a time when the urgency of securing access to online services is growing. As digitalization intersects with increasing cybercrime, there are significant opportunities to help organizations address the complex security challenges they face.”

Curity founder, Travis Spencer, who has been serving as CEO since the company’s inception, remains on as senior advisor.
