Curity Achieves SOC 2 Type 1 Compliance

As part of an ongoing commitment to the highest security standards, Curity has achieved a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 certification, a voluntary cybersecurity attestation and audit. This cybersecurity milestone recognizes the priority that Curity places on protecting client data and further supports Curity’s growing client base.

An independent third-party firm conducted the SOC 2 Type 1 evaluation of Curity’s security processes, procedures and controls. The audit and SOC 2 report confirmed Curity’s compliance with the stringent SOC 2 data security, availability and confidentiality standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

The SOC 2 report is an internal control document on the security and stability of our customer support systems. It provides key information that existing and potential customers need to assess the risks associated with using our service.

“SOC 2 attestation is a trusted way to demonstrate to customers that we are doing the right things to keep their sensitive information secure,” Curity CEO Travis Spencer says.
