Inter Deploys the Curity Identity Server in Response to Brazilian Open Banking Requirements
Brazilian Platform, Inter, has chosen Curity as a key provider of application security solutions to address and meet the requirements of Open Banking Brazil.
Curity provides an unrivaled combination of IAM and API security technology that enables user authentication and authorization for a wide range of digital services. With Curity’s product, the Curity Identity Server, Inter will be able to increase the security level of their APIs and create robust yet smooth authentication processes for their end-users.
Bernardo Vale, Principal Architect at Inter, says about the procurement that “we needed a solution that allows us to facilitate access to user data in a secure, standard-based, and robust manner to support our Open Banking initiative.” Bernardo Vale continues, “What we appreciate about the Curity product, in addition to its vast support for the recent OpenID Financial-grade (FAPI) requirements, is its extensive feature set for authentication and consent management. Being so comprehensive, it will allow us to support many future use cases within the company, not only those relating to Open Banking.”
Curity’s CEO, Travis Spencer, comments, “We are excited to bring our knowledge and experience of working with European banks regulated under PSD2 and other Open Banking regulations to support Inter and the Open Banking Brazil initiative".
By partnering with Curity and ensuring greater security for their digital services, Inter can boost value to customers with new products and services and participate fully in the digital transformation of the banking sector in Brazil.
