Product Usage Data#
When running Trial or Community editions, the Curity Identity Server collects usage data and sends it to Curity periodically. The goal is to understand how the product is used in the field, in order to improve it over time.
The report contains operational data, such as the server version, node count, and the host OS, as well as a summary of the system configuration, including the number of profiles of each type, the configured plugins/facilities of each type, and whether specific features are enabled. The data is aggregated and does not include personal data or the names of configured entities. Reports are associated with the configured license.
You can analyze the contents of the report by downloading it in
Admin UI → Help → Create Report
In order to send the report, the admin node of the Curity Identity Server needs to be able to reach https://ch.curity.io.
If it’s not reachable, the server is not impacted.
